Product Review Posting Guidelines

We love to know what you think! Your feedback about the products and services you have experience with will help us make the right decisions. Tell us about your experience – what you like or don’t like.
Who can write
· Customer who had purchased products or services from My FengShui website and their Order Status was set to Shipped or Delivered are qualified to write a review about it.
· Customer must login with their account to write a review.
· Only one review is allowed per product type for each order.
A customer purchased Product A with quantity 2 and Product B with quantity 1 in single order.
This customer will be eligible to write 1 review for Product A and 1 review for Product B once the Order Status changed to Shipped or Delivered.
· Logged-in customers who successfully leave a review will be eligible for Reward Points as an incentive.
we reserve the right to decide the amount of Reward Points given and it may change according to our business plan.
Tips on writing a great review
· There is a minimum of 25 characters in a review. The ideal length is 50 to 100 words.
· We want to hear more from you so instead of saying that you liked or disliked the product, you can explain why.
· Be specific: Your review should focus on specific features of the product or service and your experience with it.
· Be sincere: We welcome your honest opinion about the product--positive or negative. We do not remove reviews because they are critical. We believe all helpful information can inform our customers' buying decisions.
Why reviews are rejected or removed
We reserve the right to delete reviews, comments and/or remove your account and Reward Points if you exhibit the following:
· Reviews that are not related to the product or service. This includes feedback about the product availability or delivery experience.
· If a review content is harassing, discriminatory, threatening or contains inappropriate, violent, hateful or profane language, the review will be taken down and the user may find their accounts suspended or terminated.
· A review that is spam, nonsensical, self-promoting, advertising, link promotions or external links that are irrelevant will be taken down.
· If a reviewer is identified as fraudulent, such as a brand imitating a customer, or a reviewer paid to write fake reviews, the user will find their account terminated.
· We will take down all content that is copy-pasted from other sources or users, flooding of irrelevant comments or questions.
· Be careful not to publicize other people’s private information such as people’s full names, contact information, swearing or personal/discriminatory attacks.
· Be mindful to not post photos taken without permission or contains inappropriate, violent or sexual image.
· Make sure your post is relevant and comprehensible. Let’s keep the site useful for all users involved ensuring that the content is helpful, descriptive, and clear.
My FengShui reserves the right to amend the Product Review Posting Guidelines without notice of any kind at any time. Your use of our My FengShui Website and/or My FengShui Mobile Applications following such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by the new Product Review Posting Guidelines.
