To check your current membership level and view the rewards you qualify for, simply click on your membership status located on the top header of our website. This will open a pop-up window displaying a list of member benefits along with their details.

Yes, your reward points will expire on July 1st each year. As long as your account is active and has a good reputation, your points will be valid until June 30th each year. So keep earning those points and use them whenever you're ready!

To redeem your accumulated points, simply proceed to the checkout page on our website. At the payment section, you will see an option to apply your reward points towards your purchase. Please note that the shipping fee is NOT included in the calculation of reward points.
